Full training package:
Emma will take you through a comprehensive course consisting of the following areas:
- What is social media?
- How will social media help me?
- What are some social media best practices?
- How do I use Twitter, facebook, and a blog (choose between Tumblr, Wordpress or Blogger?—Emma will help you decide which site is best for you)
- What is an “author brand” and how do I distinguish that from myself as an author?
- How do I build my author brand?
- This includes a beginner training video package for later references
- Unlimited e-mail and Skype support for the first month
- Unlimited e-mail support for two months thereafter
- This also includes a Profile Tweak (see below) for all platforms at 1 month and 3 months

Profile Tweak
If you are already active on Twitter, Facebook, blogs, etc, you may not need the full training package. Emma will take a look through one platform and give you a detailed critique as to what is working well, what could use some improvement, and how best to go forward.

This package includes:
- A clear, easy-to-understand PDF
- One half-hour Skype chat to discuss strategy
- Unlimited e-mail support for one month

Pricing:
- Twitter critique: $100
- Facebook critique: $75
- Blog critique: $150

Intro to Social Media

Totally new to social media? Trying to figure out the difference between blogging, microblogging, and everything else? This includes a beginner’s training video package as well as one half-hour chat on Skype to discuss strategy. It also includes 50% off any one Profile Tweak within three months.

Website Content Development

Know you need a website but aren’t sure what to say to attract readers? Emma will help you come up with a clear outline for what pages you’ll need, and help you write copy that will help you sell your books without coming across as too pushy or sales-y. We’ll also create FAQs, compelling author bios, and brainstorm bonus content to keep readers hooked between book releases!

Pricing: $300 (including 5 pages, $20-$50 for every page thereafter depending on length and complexity)


Copywriting/Copyediting

Need an ad written or a short piece checked for spelling and grammar? Emma will work with you to create copy that is compelling, sales-driven and mistake-free.
Copywriting: $1.50/word
Copyediting: $1.00/word


Editing / Beta-reading services

Do you have a manuscript that is almost ready for submission, but you’d like to polish and refine and improve your chances of nailing your dream agent or editor? Emma will read your manuscript and help you turn it into the best it can be.

Substantive editing will point help work through story pacing, character development, inconsistencies, and general areas of improvement. This is done in the form of a revision letter outlining what works and what could use some work, as well as some notes throughout the book.

Line editing will help tighten the writing and take out unnecessary portions in order to leave your book fast-paced, readable, and gripping.

Pricing:
- Substantive editing: $1.50/manuscript page (based on double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman)
- Line edit: $1.00/manuscript page
